Evoking a relaxed island feel, the Resort`s 236 spacious guest rooms – including 21 suites – feature warm golden tones enhanced by rich cherry and rustic wicker furnishings along with tropical accents and East Asian influences. All rooms open to a private lanai – Hawaiian for a terrace or balcony – furnished with an inviting daybed, small dining table and two chairs. Views encompass lushly landscaped gardens or Hulopo`e Bay and the Pacific Ocean.
Standard amenities include a rattan writing desk, dual-line telephones with voice mail, an entertainment centre with a 40-inch (101-centimetre) LCD television and DVD player, and high-speed Internet access.

Alii Royal Suite
Located on the second floor, the lavish two-bedroom Alii Royal Suite presents spectacular panoramas of the Pacific and the pristine Hulopoe Bay marine sanctuary, home to spinner dolphins, beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of colourful fish. This extra-spacious suite features a formal living room with adjoining powder room, a media room and a separate dining room seating six. The bathroom includes a double Japanese soaking tub, a double walk-in steam shower with seating, dual vanities and a vanity mirror television. Hulopoe Presidential Suite
Located on the second floor, the expansive Hulopoe Presidential Suite presents spectacular panoramas of the Pacific Ocean and the pristine Hulopoe Bay marine sanctuary, home to spinner dolphins, beautiful coral reefs and a wide variety of colourful fish. The large suite features a formal living room, an office, a dining room that seats six, and a walk-in closet. Bathroom highlights include a double Japanese soaking tub, a Toto washlet, dual vanities and an in-mirror television. A warm colour scheme, rich furnishings and customized artwork create an elegant, serene ambience. Located on the first floor, the expansive Kapihaa Presidential Suite is named after an ancient Hawaiian village nearby, now a preservation area, which you can access via the shoreline trail from Hulopoe Bay. High above the crashing surf of Hulopo`e Bay, The Challenge at Manele is an outstanding course that more than lives up to its name. Built on lava outcroppings, the course features three holes on cliffs, which use the Pacific Ocean as a water hazard. The five-tee concept challenges the best golfers – tee shots over natural gorges and ravines must be precise.
